We will send you our membership subscription information package with the binding registration form.2. Choose your membership subscriptionThe membership subscription is defined by the number of care days required per week. Here is where you should give us detailed information regarding your childcare needs and expectations in your future nanny. Once we have received your registration, we will send you the welcome pack, this will prepare you for the interview process with potential nannies. 3. Selection of your nannyMeanwhile, we are working on your mandate. Soon you will receive profiles of suitable nannies 4. Interview with the nannyYou contact the candidates directly and invite them to a personal interview. If you wish, care 4 kids will organize the interviews for you. 5. Deciding on a nanny and signing a contractYou decide on a nanny and sign the employment contract. 6. Conclusion of the contractcare 4 kids can prepare your contract yet we also provide sample contract you may simply utilize. We offer the full administrative set-up kit to Mini- and Standard Memberships and which is included in the Premium Membership.

Our service: Preparation and transmission of the monthly payslip to the nanny and family Adjustments in the event of changes in full-time employment or wages Control and overview of all insurances: SVA, all statements for the annual financial statements Create wage statements. Cost: CHF 800.00 (+ VAT) care 4 kids Administrative Maintenance – Plus** We take over the monthly, quarterly and annual administrative tasks. You will easily receive an email with the nanny's payslip or the SVA, insurance and BVG invoices for your settlement. Our service: Preparation and transmission of the monthly payslip to the nanny and family Adjustments in the event of a change in percentage of employment or salary Control and overview of all insurances: SVA, BVG and family allowances Quarterly withholding tax All statements for the annual financial statements Salary statement at the end of the year. Costs: CHF 150.00 (+ VAT) per month *You hire a part-time nanny with an annual income of less than ca. CHF 23'000 without BVG and without income withholding tax obligations **You hire a nanny with an annual income of more than ca. CHF 23'000 and subject to BVG and/or income withholding taxes

A private nanny can be a full-time or one-time care solution or the perfect complement to other institutional forms of care (Kita, after-school care center, etc.), allowing for flexibility. Days off work can be significantly reduced because a nanny also looks after sick children.
