care 4 kids provides our nannies with recommendations for training or skill enhancement and supports the Swiss Nanny Association in their ongoing course offerings such as CPR, lifesaving, emergencies with children, etc.

We offer two different working models for our nannies – regular childcare and on-loan childcare. Depending on your time availability and your personal preferences, these two models can be combined or run independently of each other. Thanks to these two work models and their individual combination, we guarantee our nannies an optimization of working hours and area of ​​activity as a childcare worker. Nanny on loan (employed and paid through care 4 kids) Temporary, spontaneous, and short commitments as a babysitter organized through care 4 kids, support of a smooth daily routine of the children, possible for different families, hotels and events.
